Terms of Service

By accessing or using Halvant (the Service), you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

Halvant provides workforce operations software including scheduling, time tracking, training, discipline, and analytics. The Service is provided as-is.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials. You must be 18+ to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions

Plans are billed monthly via Stripe. A 14-day free trial is offered to new tenants without a card.

4. Acceptable use

No reverse engineering, scraping, or use for illegal purposes. No sharing accounts across organizations.

5. Data ownership

Customers retain ownership of customer data. Halvant retains rights to aggregated, anonymized data for product improvement and optional benchmarking.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided as-is. Halvant is not liable for decisions made based on data generated by the Service. Maximum liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate for any reason on 30 days notice. Data export available upon request for 90 days after termination.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
